Tibouchina, a first look.
I love this plant. The flower opens with a smile while arm-shaped stamens, complete with an elbow wave madly to attract bees.
I spent so much time trying to make a timelapse work that I forgot to look at the plant properly. Tibouchina is definitely worth a closer look in the future.
